Where’s my order?
Are you still waiting to receive your DVD order? Please keep in mind that DVD’s are offered for sale prior to the event date. As a result, many DVD products are designated as pre-order items. (You can find this designation in the product description.) Pre-order products are shipped via first class mail approximately 8-10 weeks from the event date. Once a product is shipped, the pre-order designation found in the production description is removed. If you have waited 8-10 weeks and still haven’t received your product, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged item, simply contact us for a free replacement. Depending on the nature of the item and the damage incurred, we may send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Regardless, we will promptly ship you out a free replacement.

Why are some items missing from my order?
If you ordered multiple products, it is possible that they were shipped in different packages. Typically, we ship in-stock items right away, while pre-order items are shipped once available. For this reason, you may receive partial shipments.

What are your shipping rates?
We pride ourselves in offering free shipping for all products, regardless of quantity. The only restriction is that the products must be shipped within the continental U.S.

Am I required to create an account on your site?
While accounts are not mandatory, they are highly recommended. This will allow you to check the status of your order at anytime. It will also provide a means for you to access the link to downloadable products within 30 days of purchase. Without an account, you would need to download your product immediately.

How do I access my digital download product?
Upon checkout, all orders are pending verification. This includes downloadable products. We do our best to verify the purchase of all digital download products within 24-48 hours. Within this time frame, your order will be verified, marked compete, and a download link will appear in the my account area.

Do digital downloads expire?
Once downloaded to your computer, a digital product does not expire. You will have access to the file as long as you store the file on your computer. However, links to digital downloads in the account area expire 30 days from the date of purchase. This is to maintain site security and download authenticity.

How many times can I download a product?
By default, you are given one digital download per product. It is recommended you ensure a stable internet connection prior to initiating the download. Once downloaded, you are permitted to maintain one backup copy of the downloaded file. If you experience a problem downloading your product, contact us and we can issue you an additional download credit in the account portal at no additional charge.

Can I return a digital download product?
Unfortunately, digital download products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Before purchasing a digital download, you must verify that the file format is compatible with your media player. At this time, our digital download products are offered in MPEG-2 format. These files will have a .mpg extension.
